# Competition

Everything you need to know about Rocket's beta launch competition.

Rocket's beta launch competition runs for **three weeks** on the **Monad testnet**. Everyone starts with the same balance, climbs three leaderboards, and the top traders share **$10,000+ in prizes**, paid in USDC.

### How it works

1. **Get access to the beta** and connect your X/Twitter account. Need help? [Get started](/get-started.md)
2. **Check your competition balance:** every participant starts with a fixed **$1,000 testnet balance**. No need to claim.
3. **Make your predictions.** Open a chart, draw your range, and play. Every prediction counts toward the leaderboards.
4. **Climb.** Track your standing over the full two weeks and over the last 24 hours.
5. **Win.** The top traders on each leaderboard are paid in USDC after the competition ends.

### The three leaderboards

There are three ways to win, each rewarding a different kind of trader. **15 cash winners in total.** Winning multiple boards is allowed.

#### 🎯 Best PnL - $5,000

Highest total profit over the two weeks. The complete-skill board.

Highest win rate over the two weeks. Rewards accuracy.

#### ⚡ Biggest Hit - $2,000

Highest single multiplier touched during the competition.

### Daily bonus prizes

On top of the $10,000, we may award **daily bonus prizes** for standout hits during the competition. These are discretionary, we reward the plays worth rewarding. Keep an eye on Rocket's socials.

### Fair play

The competition runs on monad testnet, where funds are free, so anti-gaming rules are strict and enforced:

* Your **$1,000 balance is fixed** and cannot be refilled.
* **One entry per verified user** (= organic X/Twitter account).
* **Duplicate, linked accounts, or any inauthentic activity** lead to disqualification.
* Rocket may adjust rules or disqualify entries to keep the competition fair.

### Prizes & payouts

* Total prize pool: **$10,000+** (plus discretionary daily bonuses).
* Paid in **USDC** after the competition ends.
